Their duties and responsibilities include:
• Assisting the Hotel Manager in the management of daily hotel operations
• Training and supervising hotel staff, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures
• Handling customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and grounds are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests
• Coordinating with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure all rooms are clean and all facilities are functioning properly
• Checking guests in and out, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
