hildren's Health Network (WCHN) in North Adelaide. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will provide accurate and timely HR advice to managers and staff, as well as contribute to vacancy management processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Providing HR advice and guidance on operational issues, departmental policies and procedures, and SA Public Sector guidelines;
Contributing to vacancy management processes, including recruitment and selection, classification management, and employee induction;
Liaising with relevant departments and Shared Services SA on HRMS related matters, such as recruitment, payroll, and staffing;
Preparing reports on HR information for presentation to clients and stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A sound level of communication skills, including the ability to provide advice and options to diverse groups of people;
The ability to work effectively under general direction and meet deadlines;
Experience in providing advisory and operational services on human resource management matters in a diverse environment;
Demonstrated interpersonal skills that facilitate effective working relationships;
Able to undertake minor investigations and research and prepare sensitive and confidential correspondence.
