CREATIVE DESIGNER/ DESIGN LEAD
The title is too formal compared to the work that you'd be doing. You would be an ever prominent friend to all; most of all to customers. The ability to express your thoughts and ideas succinctly and help customers with their imagination is a must for you to have. You better be an analytical and immensely creative being. The financial well-being of the firm rests on your shoulders.
Customer centricity is at the heart of everything you do; every day. ‘Customer is King’ is the mantra that you don’t just believe in, but live day-to-day.
Experience: 2-4 years
We look forward to the following -
● Passion for Design and prior experience in sales + Design role with proven results.
● Experience in any client Facing role
● Hands on experience in tools like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vary and rendering tools.
● Quick on the feet attitude
● Good communication skills, written and oral
● Good interpersonal skills
B-Arch/BBA/MBA is preferred
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
