Roles and Responsibilities
1. Development, implementation and monitoring of overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization nurture a positive working environment.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to create dynamic job descriptions and understand the skills and abilities required for the roles
3. Facilitate the identification and selection of world-class diverse talent using multiple sourcing methods and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers
4. Manage the recruitment and selection process
5. Documentation for ISO +001 quality management system (HR related) and audits.
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Ensure compliance of relevant law and regulations.
8. Administration of contract labour and follow up of confirmation records, statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc.
+. Daily reporting to management and provide decision support
10. Facilitation of Payroll and attendance system management.
11. Ensure that employees are well informed about company policies and adhere to it.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Masters degree in HR / MBA (HR Spec.) with min. 3-5 year experience in manufacturing industry or related field
2. Must be proficient in English Language Communication with strong letter drafting skills.
3. Complete working knowledge of all HR functions including organisation diagnosis, organisation transformation, strategic planning, training and development, recruitment, compensation, employee benefits etc.
4. Candidates with prior experience in chemicals/manufacturing industries will be given higher preference.
5. Working knowledge of MS Office Software
