Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager who will provide support to the HR services division for the client based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager role requires hybrid working and flexibility to work partly from home. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the team and the clients to ensure high-quality delivery with timely closure of the projects. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading talent acquisition projects, actively sourcing candidates to ensure open roles are closed within timelines, keeping an eye and ensuring high-quality delivery on projects, and building and establishing a robust pipeline of resources.
Qualifications
• Experience in HR recruitment processes such as direct hire, market mapping, and lateral hiring
• Experience in diverse industries such as Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, FMCG, Healthcare, Research, Media, Legal & Compliance, Finance/Accounts, Taxation, Treasury Functions, IT Consulting, Consumer Durables, Real estate, Education, and Operations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
• Efficient in leveraging different recruitment tools such as job-boards, social media sites, and other networks for candidate research and referral potential
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms such as Kenoby, Recruiterflow, or Greenhouse
• Adept in effective problem solving and decision-making
