Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing supports the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies
This individual is a key contributor to driving cross-functional alignment, particularly through writing briefs that outline strategic initiatives, key messaging, and comprehensive deliverables
Responsible for executing brand marketing plans in collaboration with the creative, visual, public relations, merchandising, social, digital, and store communications teams
Manage project brief development and hand-off process – ensuring all brand initiatives are communicated and executed effectively
Contribute to the following areas of the business:
Daily Messaging - seamlessly incorporating seasonal initiatives and promotional strategy in all marketing assets
Store Marketing strategy - driving traffic through storytelling, ensuring fullest expression of key initiatives in store
Credit Card and Loyalty Program communication - ensuring integration into overall planning and daily messaging
Philanthropic Partnerships - supporting yearly strategy and liaising with partners to execute charitable campaigns
LOFT Outlet Store – supporting the cross functional teams from kick off to implementation
Work with partners to streamline content process across all channels, ensuring key messaging is communicated through omni channels
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
Responsible for reacting omni channel competitor analysis and presenting to the cross functional teams
Actively and independently seek out data points to fuel new initiatives
