Customer complain monitoring and reporting - solving by self to the extent possible. Major contact to the customer concerning technical issues; understand and present technical concepts
GRN data collection
Timely collection of all outstanding payments and C-Forms Competitor activities reporting and keep EFTEC Share and business intact
PR with customer line / office staff to improving business relationships
Monthly sales planning - MRP
Monitoring of development trends at customers, early identification of and influence on customers aims in engineering and purchasing
Ensure 100% delivery record is maintained to customer
Ensure delivery of product and services to achieve Customer delight
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Location : Ranjangaon, Pune
