Job Overview
Mid-level role with 4 to 6 years of experience in the Franchise Division. Full-time position based in Nagpur Division, Mumbai, Pune, Mapuca, Bangalore. Salary range:5 to 7 LPA Competitive. 11-50 employees in the company.
Qualifications and Skills
• Graduate and MBA
• 1-3 years experience in Pharma Industry and Franchise Division
• Strong business relationship management skills
• Expertise in Operations & Merchandising
• Knowledge of Pharma Franchise processes
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Result-oriented – Driving initiatives and activities
• Relationship management skills – Franchise owner, internal stakeholders, vendors and partners
• Traits - Confidence, Delegation, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving, Passion for retail, Communication
• Ability to gel well with operations & merchandising teams to drive marketing support on-ground
• Culturally suitable for an on-ground role, with strong regional communication understanding (primarily for Maharashtra & Goa)
• Driven by sales and achieving business objectives for franchises
• Enthusiastic about creating experiences (events, activities, engagements, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with franchisees
• Implement BTL Activations and merchandising strategies
• Oversee Pharma Franchise operations
• Ensure effective Sales Operations in the franchise division
• Collaborate with internal teams for business growth
Reporting to - Manager BTL Marketing
Covering all four states – MH, GOA, KARNATAKA, and MP
Pointers from our catch-up:
• 70% of the role Franchise NSO Launch
• All location visit for NSO
• Meet franchise owner, pitch the marketing plan, confirm activities list jointly
• Execution: Vendors can be provided by us / franchise vendors
• Need to report to HO minimum 1 day / week
• Marketing activations role (travelling / out of HO)
• Needs to manage accounts for utilization of the marketing spends of the franchisees
• Financial management : Provisions, budgeting and cost control
• 20% role promotion / creative support to franchisees
• 10% critical stores : Business Growth initiatives & strategy
• Marketing spend + Activity Control (Franchise owner & AM) + Strategic inputs on results
• Add Agency Background for BTL Activations Agency + Retail Activations Agencies + Agencies that have client & relationship management
• Role failure point : Not organized, Not effective at relationship management
