Job description
Revx Hospitality is a leading organization specializing in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Booking Confirmation and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and verify travel bookings to ensure all details are accurate and complete
• Confirm travel itineraries with clients and provide all necessary documentation
• Communicate with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) to confirm reservations and address any issues
• Handle last-minute changes or cancellations and rebook travel arrangements as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and confirmations in the agency’s database
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly
• Identify and research potential clients using various online and offline methods
• Generate new leads through networking, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing strategies
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations with travel advisors
• Maintain a lead database, tracking progress and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Analyze lead generation performance and report on key metrics

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a travel agency, customer service, or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using booking software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with various lead generation techniques and tools
• Passion for travel and a good understanding of popular travel destinations
• Bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism, marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in lead generation or sales
• Knowledge of multiple languages

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Front Office
• On the day of arrival, ensure all special requests are followed up, for example, mini bar, rollaway, special requests
• Ensure all information is prepared in advance for the guest.
• Check Japanese arrivals and transportation details ensuring bookings are made.
• Obtain departure details from the day prior.
• Send out thank you letters
• Send out newsletters
• Send out comment cards.

General areas of responsibility
• Greet Hotel guests and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Communicate Hotel product knowledge and philosophies to visitors and guests.
• Provide hands on support to reception and concierge as required.
• Be responsible for the complete guest satisfaction and check in procedure for groups.
• Keep abreast with Hotel product knowledge, activities, banquets, function and special events motivating guests to utilise Hotel facilities and services.
• Ensure work area is kept neat and tidy.
• Ensure security of cash drawer and accuracy with personal cashiering.
• Communicate effectively with Concierge on guest needs, and changes to schedules.

Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
• Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
• Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems
• Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
• Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction
• Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality

Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
• Actively support and promote Workplace Health and Safety within the work environment.
• Keep General Manager promptly and fully aware of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objective of this position.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.

At all times projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public.

INDICATORS OF SUCCESS
• Financial (GOP, Rev Par, RSI and Department Budget)
• Customer satisfaction and loyalty goals (Medallia Score, Comment Cards, annual quality review)
• Achievement of employee engagement survey (Kenexa) and employee retention goals for the department

Requirements
• Minimum 4 - 7 years front office and guest relations experience
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong computer systems skills including; reservations and reporting systems
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence situations
• Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
• Strong Microsoft Office suite and reporting system skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
