Front Desk Sales Representative – Currency Mantra Private Limited
Location: Mumbai | Full-time | On-site

Role Overview:
As a Front Desk Sales Representative at Currency Mantra, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while actively supporting sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, handling receptionist duties, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth front office operations and effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist clients and visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression

Manage incoming calls with strong phone etiquette; screen, forward, and respond to queries promptly

Provide detailed information about Currency Mantra’s forex services, promoting products to meet customer needs

Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, maintaining accurate records

Handle receptionist duties including mail distribution, office supply management, and maintaining visitor logs

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and support sales follow-ups

Maintain a neat, organized, and secure front desk environment

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or administration are advantageous

Proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or sales support roles, preferably in financial services or forex industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls efficiently

Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and CRM tools

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant Manager for our Housekeeping department in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction throughout our property.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance
• Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping staff to maintain optimal cleanliness standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, focusing on cost-effective operations
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to housekeeping team members
• Facilitate effective communication between guests, housekeeping staff, and other departments
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and HACCP standards
• Assist in developing innovative housekeeping procedures to improve efficiency
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Participate in budgeting and cost control measures for the housekeeping department
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations in Mumbai

Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, safety protocols, and Indian hospitality standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and housekeeping management software
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations in Mumbai
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment
