Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, cold calling, resume screening, interviews, scheduling machine tests, offers, and negotiations.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents including setting efficient screening processes, conducting streamlined interviews, and leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Collaborate with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
Sourcing of resumes through networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure alignment with the companys culture and objectives.
Coordinate with the hiring managers to maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new hires including sending offer letters, document lists, and complete documentation of selected candidates.
Handling the recruitment team, training them, sharing profiles and making sure timely closure of profiles.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment initiatives as required.
HR Operations
Assist the HR Manager in implementing and communicating of the HR Policies, procedures, and guidelines
Conduct audits and reviews of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established policies and standards.
Provide support to HR team members and other departments on various HR-related initiatives, projects, and administrative tasks.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR operations.
Handling On-boarding process including Orientation, KYC formalities, conducting employee verification, introducing to the team, coordinating with the IT and Admin team for system setup.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to moderate content for online posts.
Performance Management
Review team members performance and attendance.
Assist in the performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
Implement performance management processes to address performance gaps and recognize achievements.
Ensure a smooth off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews, knowledge transfer, relieving documents and settlements.
Employee Engagement
Organize and execute employee engagement activities and events within the organization.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee growth and engagement.
Conflict Resolution
Address employee complaints and concerns.
Investigate workplace issues and find equitable solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant experience in HR roles preferred in an IT Industry.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Team Handling.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.,
