Job description
Develop and execute the organizational development strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
Set up Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for all employees, and regularly monitor progress toward achieving them
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues
Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees as needed
Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring that salaries are competitive and benefits packages are attractive
Develop and implement training and development programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge
Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
Develop and manage employee engagement programs, including team building activities, recognition programs, and other initiatives to help employees feel connected to the company
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of all information
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
Relevant experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Strong organizational and project management skills
Candidate should have proper experience in HR domain along with Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate with only HR experience must apply.
3+ years of experience in HR management with a focus on organizational development.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience setting up KRAs and OKRs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
