Job Title: Assistant Manager-HR
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager-HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the Human Resource department, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. The Assistant Manager-HR will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Assist the HR Manager in recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics
• Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in the Human Resource department
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
