Assistant Manager HR

You will be responsible for handling various HR functions such as recruitment, training & development, IR & welfare activities, and performance appraisal system. Your role will involve assisting seniors in fulfilling human resource requirements, identifying training needs, handling employee grievances, and establishing a performance management system.

- Assist seniors in fulfilling human resource requirements by conducting selection interviews and handling employee joining to leaving formalities.
- Identify training needs, prepare Training Calendar, coordinate with department heads for training programs, and impart orientation training to employees.
- Handle employee grievances, maintain cordial employee relations, facilitate insurance schemes, and arrange welfare activities in the factory.
- Assist in establishing Performance Management System across the plant and actively involved in the performance appraisal system.

Qualification Required:
- Other Bachelor Degree

The company operates in the Manufacturing/Production/Quality industry and is located in Gurgaon.
