Key responsibilities:

1. Manage recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the company is staffed with top talent

3. Handle employee relations issues effectively and proactively, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts

4. Oversee onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and successful integration into the company

5. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR and operational processes

6. Maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

7. Foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, productivity, and overall satisfaction within the organization
