To manage the end to end HR role and responsibilities for the school

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Execute the recruitment and selection process enabling backfilling of temporary and permanent job vacancies with suitable candidates

To manage the on-boarding and induction process for new joinees

To manage employee relations and disputes maturely by working closely with the Head office team

To run monthly payroll process flawlessly every month

To have sound knowledge of compliances and MEPS act to set HR process in line

To set all HR processes like recruitment process, disciplinary process, grievance handling mechanism, exit management process and ensure execution of the same

To update the ERP on regular basis to ensure data accuracy

Vendors and Consultants

Liaison with third party vendors and consultants

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

KNOWLEDGE

Fair knowledge of HR processes and initiatives

Knowledge of MEPS act and laws applicable for state board school employees

Fair knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances

Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as proven organizational skills

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹650,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
