HR and Admin Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the employee life cycle.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
• Processing of payroll
• Attendance Management
• Leave Management
• Legal compliances
• Maintain Office premises. Housekeeping, Pantry operation, Security Services, and other arrangements as per need.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Candidate should have knowledge of state laws, job portals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a HR and Admin role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
