Legal Drafting & Vetting of Real Estate Agreement :
• Ensure the accurate and timely drafting, vetting, and standardization of all legal documents, including but not limited to Commercial Leave & License agreements, Lease Deeds, and Operating Agreements, Fit Out Agreements, Common Area Maintenance Agreements.
• Achieve 100% compliance with agreed TAT for document review and amendments.
Land and Property Due Diligence:
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence on all prospective lease arrangements, including Title investigations, OC/CC validation, Fire NoC’s, and local legislation checks.
• Ensure that 100% of property deals are compliant with legal and commercial aspects before finalization
Litigation Management:
• Effectively manage all litigation matters and disputes, in coordination with external counsel and internal teams.
• Provide timely updates and reports on litigation cases to the HoD, ensuring no delays in case monitoring.
Compliance & Advisory:
• Ensure 100% adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance across all operations.
• Provide accurate and well-researched legal opinions on critical issues within agreed timelines.
Contract Review & TAT Compliance:
• Review all contracts related to Customers, Alliances, and Marketing within the agreed turnaround time (TAT), Design and Build Agreements, Procurement Agreements.
• Achieve zero backlog in contract review processes.
Stakeholder Management:
• Successfully liaise with legal consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely finalization of agreements.
• Resolve +5% of contract-related bottlenecks without escalation.
Documentation & Record Maintenance:
• Maintain 100% documentation accuracy for all legal agreements, ensuring that all records are up to date and comply with internal checklists.
• Implement periodic audits to ensure documentation integrity and compliance.
Continuous Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements for legal drafting, vetting, and contract management to enhance efficiency by at least 10% annually.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 8+ Years of experience in drafting and vetting contracts, settlement deeds, notices, NDAs, vendor agreements, etc.
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
