Job Summary
• Processing of Banking Activities & Reconciliation

Responsibilities
• The Job Holder’s responsibilities extend to manage and oversee processing of Banking Operations, Reconciliation & related Client Servicing aspects of the job, Third party product IPO, Advance Brokerage scheme, Company fixed deposit for Retail Broking, PMS, NRI Clients.
• Handle Operations across various Asset & Product class i.e. Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Alternate Asset class (Private Equity, Structured Note) etc
• Responsible for Billing Clients as per agreed fee plan (Fixed & variable).
• Computing Commission payout for channel partner
• Operations activities such as client activation, redemptions, Corporate Actions, trade allocation/reporting and settlement, client reporting, day end processing etc
• Cheque deposit, Flexi Trade amount accounting
• Monitoring & process of Fund of payout of client
• NDPMS & NRI Client fund Payin & Payout, TDS accounting
• Daily / Quarterly flush out - fund for 30/ +0 day clients
• Processing of Inter-segment Journal Voucher as per the requirement
• Maintaining of Regulatory Register reporting & submission
• Co-ordinating with team & submission of ageing report to group
• Handling Trade Processing
• Daily weekly, Monthly and quarterly i.e. Bank balance, weekly SEBI Enhance Supervision, weekly Cash & cash Equivalent reporting, etc.
• identifying additional systems requirement & working with vendors to test the systems deployed.
• Handling audit queries.
• MIS reporting to management
• Ensuring & following compliance requirements, including SEBI reporting, Returns computation as per guidelines
• Manage & oversee all activities of operations as a second in command or line after Line Manager/Head Ops.
• Exclusive Focus on UAT of systems, Evaluation of Procedures to ensure wasteful process are eliminated and existing process are optimized.
• Strong focus on all Regulatory reporting and validation of the same with the checks and balances introduce to ensure accuracy. Take end to end responsibility of for all the regulatory compliance & logics built into the system.
• Built / Maintain /update tracker of all the issues observed during BAU with a view to improve processes by automation. This Roll requires high degree of independence, ability to quickly analyse issues / situations and get to the depth of the matter to resolve it.
• Manage & lead regulatory, Group, Internal, Statutory etc Audits
• Ensure all the services are delivered to the agreed SLAs monitor, measures and report performance of services being delivered.
• To oversee and ensure processing within the timelines defined by Regulators, Group & Process notes
• Ensuring completion of all Audits from Operation perspective in compliance
• Identifying the system requirement of new product development, Regulatory requirement, development, testing & system enhancements on timely basis
• Coordinate with Technology / Vendor to implement the regulatory / client level delivery
• To immediately bring to notice of the management any deviation, breach, concern, whenever applicable
• Handle the job additionally assign by Line Manager from time to time.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Graduate. Supplementary certifications related to Capital Markets preferred.
• Prior experience of 1-5 years preferably in areas related to Capital Markets/Finance.

Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Graduate. Supplementary certifications related to Capital Markets preferred.
• Prior experience of 1-3 years preferably in areas related to Capital Markets/Finance.
• Good domain knowledge of functioning of Capital Markets.
• Good knowledge of Broking and basic working knowledge of MS Office & process management
• Strong “people’ Skills
• Cross team collaboration – Proactive engagement with Business Units and all responsible persons in the unit.
• The ability to communicate to different levels within the organization and take the issues to closure
