Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with operations management software and tools.

Your Role:
As an Assistant Manager of Operations & Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at our power plants. Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of power generation equipment, including turbines, boilers, and auxiliary systems.
• Monitoring plant performance and identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinating with shift operators and maintenance teams to address operational issues and minimize downtime.
• Implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of equipment and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, including shutdowns and overhauls, to minimize disruptions to plant operations.
• Managing spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure timely availability of critical components.
• Implementing predictive maintenance techniques and leveraging data analytics to optimize maintenance schedules and improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to implement design changes and upgrades aimed at enhancing plant performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in power plant operations and maintenance, with a strong understanding of plant equipment and systems.
