We are a new destination fashion footwear store, focused on delivering a premium shopping experience. From our curated range of brands to our experienced team in-store, we ensure excellence in everything we do.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Manager in Training to take the lead in our Commercial Bay Flagship Store. If you have a passion for footwear and know how to lead and inspire a team, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a close-knit team.
Drive sales and KPIs by leading by example and upskilling your team.
Represent the brand with energy, pride, and high standards in all interactions.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, including a premium fitting service.
Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs.
Merchandise the store according to global direction, maintaining visual standards.
Oversee operational tasks such as stock processing, rostering, and time sheets.
Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of management experience in a similar retail environment.
Proven track record of delivering high-level customer service and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a retail environment.
NZ work rights are required.
Passion for footwear and fashion is a bonus!
