As an Assistance Manager Corporate Facility or office administration you will handle all the corporate facility related matters and issues.
The role includes handling of office maintenance, tight daily cleaning schedule, security, electricity, plumbing, power back-up, insurance, procurement of office furniture, phone, stationary, food, snacks etc.
The prime purpose of this role is to make sure that office environment remains absolutely clean, safe, and fun.
An ideal candidate will possess following: 1. 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate facility or office administration 2. Prior experience in medium to large size corporate facility is a must 3. Ability to manage staff for the maintenance, security and janitors 4. Ability to deal with outside agencies, vendors, supplies and contracts 5. Ability to discover & find new office space, negotiate lease, and plan possible office moves 6. Proactively handle requirements for new hires in terms of work stations, computers, and other requirements
