Assistant Marketing Manager Property and Asset Management What this job involves You will be responsible for managing marketing activity at the site. You will be accountable for ensuring that all marketing and promotional activity are as per client's requirements. You would be managing the following: Marketing Plan-Provide Strategic marketing planning and direction. Ensure the mall develop and execute a rolling twelve month marketing calendar of Promotional Events, Advertising Strategy, Public Relations, and Retailer development and training. Develop cost efficiencies and economies of scale in marketing expenditure. Direct and assist onsite Marketing Executives in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies. Use initiative and extensive industry contacts to develop marketing and business plans that will provide the client with the best results. Use superior analytical and communication skills to develop strong Client relationships and keep eye on the goal of enhancing the value of the retail portfolio for Ambience. Legal - Be aware of the legal and insurance requirements with regard to all marketing / promotional activities, and ensure strict adherence to these by the centre teams. Competitive Activities - Assist the centre teams as required to monitor all competitors as highlighted by the business plan and Centre Manager are kept fully aware of these. Developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in national, regional and specialist publications, or on the FM radio. Maintain contacts with the media. Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness. Evaluating marketing campaigns. Analyzing pricing positions. Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies. Client: You will be working on City Mall, which is a Retail, located at Kota Site dynamics: Work Schedule and other details: Site team: e.g.: Mall Manager +2 Reporting: You would be accountable to the Mall Manager. Teamwork and management skills are added advantages. You must have the capacity to multitask efficiently with excellent communication skills (written and oral) Qualifications You will have a Degree/MBA in Marketing and Operations OR equivalent, with min 8 to 12 years of working experience in Mall/Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry. Additionally, this role requires a thorough understanding of all safety and environmental concerns.
