Responsibilities
Evaluating advertisements from the Marketing Operations Team respective of their service lines and ensures they are provided to the PM's for consideration
Leads the design and production of Proposals/Letter of Response/Expanded Letter of Interest Compilation Process, in collaboration with PMs and marketing staff
Provides technical writing for special write ups and/or project approaches
Maintains relationships with clients and subconsultants as well as other offices
Leader for Service Line Meetings for their respective group and/or oversees the Marketing Coordinator leading the meetings
Scheduling & tracking marketing meetings in advance of project advertisements with clients and coordinating with numerous team members' schedules
Tracking/monitoring marketing programs for numerous governmental and private clients
Ensures that staff are providing updates to the Marketing Operations Team for any newly generated information into master project lists and master resumes
Create and manage resumes and any other marketing material templates
Works closely with the Marketing Manager/Director on the status of their team, resources needed, and workload concerns
Serves as a back up to the Marketing Manager when they are on PTO or other special assignments
Provides coordination, set-up, and high-level editing of presentations, organization of rehearsals and provides coaching
Provides oversight and maintenance of Marketing assets which include proper file management of proposal and password logs, and ensuring that submittal files are cleaned up , etc
Collaborate with PM, marketing staff, and graphics department to create graphics for projects ensuring brand adherence and consistency
Assist with conference coordination and planning including registration, booth setup and staffing, and tailoring marketing materials and handouts

Requirements:
• BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree field preferred
• 5+ years of similar experience with A/E firm or related industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint & Adobe Creative Suites (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign)
• Ability to manage and prioritize projects and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
