Responsibilities:
• Customer, competitive, and market analysis - Be on top of everything that is happening in our product market, study industry trends, and understand what customer wants and what competitors are doing.
• Foundational marketing and campaign management experience. Should know how Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media ad campaigns run
• Content management - Bringing awareness to your product through content such as social media, copywriting, and blogs. Should be well versed with industry jargons and understand how content works with customers.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Responsible for understanding and creating the right product messaging, launching products, key features, enabling affiliates and partners
• Responsible for email marketing, automation and email drips for better customer communication.
• Responsible to create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.
• Manage and own marketing budget and approval processes.
• Responsible for organizing events, webinars, and other customer engagements online and offline
