An Assistant Mechanic supports the operations of an automotive workshop by assisting senior mechanics in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. They possess foundational knowledge of vehicle systems and components, performing tasks under the guidance and supervision of experienced mechanics. Responsibilities include conducting basic inspections, assisting in routine maintenance procedures, and learning to use diagnostic tools and equipment. Assistant Mechanics contribute to workshop efficiency by ensuring tools and workspaces are organized, assisting in parts management, and adhering to safety protocols. They play a crucial role in learning and developing their skills through on-the-job training and mentorship, preparing them for future advancement within the automotive repair industry.
Deliverables
· Assistance in Vehicle Inspections and Preventive Maintenance.
· Complete Basic Maintenance Tasks and Service Assignments on time.
· Tool and Equipment Maintenance with Electronics Trained.
· Adherence to Safety Protocols Achieve Targets Given.
