Assistant Pastoral Leader
Salary: SCP H14 -H21 £27,334 to £30,825 FTE
Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week
Creating Tomorrow Trust are a growing Trust supporting schools who believe that children can achieve irrespective of their learning needs. Windmill Hill School is in its third year in Luton Having opened in September 2021.
We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Pastoral Leader to support our fantastic students. Candidates with suitable experience, who share our unwavering commitment to safeguarding young people are invited to apply.
The Assistant Pastoral Leader will support the Pastoral Manager in ensuring the safety of all students, helping to ensure all are able to access school and learning activities, thereby supporting the wider school team to secure success and improvement, ensuring high quality education for all students.

A reflective practitioner who thrives in a busy environment
A team player who can work as part of the multi-disciplinary team
Able to motivate and lead by example.
Knowledgeable about the learning needs of students with a range of barriers to overcome.
