About the Role:
The Property & Rating department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate learner who is an outstanding team player and looking to work with the Property & Revenue team to join us in the role of Assistant Property Revenue Officer on a full-time basis until June 2025.
The primary objectives of the position are to deliver high levels of customer service and be effective and efficient in its operations, provide efficient and effective rates administrative assistance for the Property Revenue team, assist with maintaining an accurate rating financial database, daily update of receipt takings and issue Land Information Certificates and to ensure compliance with the relevant Acts, policies, procedures, practices, and systems as they relate to the Property Revenue functions.
About You:
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work as an effective team member are essential as well as being able to manage and prioritise workload. Must be a professional communicator who is experienced in dealing with internal stakeholders. Knowledge of the Property & Rating functions and legislations as well as proficiency in the operation of relevant systems (Property & Revenue) and Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced excel skills is essential.
