Position Overview:
The PR Assistant Manager/Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns to boost the hotel's brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, with a preference for those with prior experience in hotels or similar sectors. The PR Manager will work closely with media, influencers, and stakeholders to promote hotel's offerings and manage our public image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Plan and manage promotional events, press conferences, and other PR activities.
• Monitor media coverage and handle media inquiries.
• Manage the hotel's online reputation and social media presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Handle crisis communication and develop effective response strategies along with corporate PR.
• Analyze PR campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the hospitality industry or malls.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong media network and ability to foster positive relationships.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative PR strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and online reputation management tools.
