Job Profile :-
We are seeking a personable and proactive Guest Relations Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their interaction with our properties. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, providing information about properties and services.
Property Tours: Conduct property tours for potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits to enhance the client experience.
Customer Service: Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their inquiries, appointments, and any necessary follow-ups.
Hospitality Services: Coordinate and manage hospitality services during client visits, including refreshments, meeting room setups, and special requests.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing client events, open houses, and other promotional activities.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve services and client satisfaction. Proactively suggest improvements based on client needs and preferences.
Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and various departments (e.g., sales, property management) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling
