Hello! Here's a great opportunity to join the fab and energetic social media team at SheThePeople. We are looking to hire a Junior Social Media Manager for a full time role in Gurgaon. Below are the details of the role.
Expectations of the Role
You must be passionate about social media, have research skills and excellent communication in English. You should be familiar with social media trends and formats and be willing to do videos.
• Have an understanding of social media trends & reels
• Should be well versed with pop culture, feminism, women's issues etc
• Experience in managing and driving social media through platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Understanding of YouTube and FB ads
• Prior experience in working with brands and clients is a must.
• Should keep track of branded activities in the influencer marketing space
• Willingness to roll up sleeves to get work done, even when the outside scope of the job
• Should be willing to record reels and be prepared to be featured in videos.
Tech Skills:
Basic video editing for reels (preferred Adobe Premiere Pro). Should know Canva and have excellent copywriting skills.
The job will need extensive research in the digital, generation of creatives, and running promotions.
Profile requirements:
2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media and Content management.
Master/Bachelors Degree in Communications or English may be preferred but is not compulsory.
Must be proactive, self- motivated, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Previous Experience in a similar website/domain would be an advantage
