We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Assistant Store Managers to join our Michael Hill teams in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland area. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will inspire your team as a coach and leader, driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and being part of the people behind the moments that matter, creating lasting memories for our customers.

The Salary range for this position is between $50,000-$60,000 based on relevant experience

Proven ability to deliver results in a highly driven sales environment with an understanding of KPIs
Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
Effective coach who has the ability to improve the performance of other team members and create a supportive, motivated culture within the store
A desire to provide an outstanding experience for both customers and team members
Supporting the visions and goals of the business
