Job Summary:
The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, ensuring team productivity, maintaining quality standards, and providing guidance to employees. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Supervisor in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Provide training and support to employees as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Address employee concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to work activities.
• Support in handling customer or client inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or management.

• Qualification12th+
