Position: Assistant to Principal Architect
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years
Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in interior design or B.Arch.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to the Principal Architect. A dynamic professional who ensures smooth work operations by facilitating communication and managing both professional and personal tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Principal Architect’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and attend meetings.
• Handle correspondence, draft emails, reports, and presentations
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics
• Ensure timely follow-ups and task completions
• Act as a liaison between the Principal Architect and internal/external stakeholders
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all communications
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good shorthand skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Flexible, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive matters with tact
• Willingness to handle personal tasks with professionalism
