Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant to Vice President at Terrasols. The Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, executive administrative support, maintaining phone etiquette, and utilizing strong clerical skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office and support to the Vice President on a day-to-day basis.

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
• Clerical Skills proficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in a similar role or environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
