We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Wedding Planner to support our lead planners in the coordination and execution of weddings. This role involves assisting with vendor communication, timeline creation, and on-site coordination to ensure every event is a success.
• Responsibilities:

- Assist lead planners with client meetings and vendor coordination.
- Help create and manage wedding timelines and schedules.
- Provide on-site support during weddings, ensuring smooth operation.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm details and logistics.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
