GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB :
Working with HR Manager to provide support and advice to middle management and employees on HR related matters including HR policies and processes.
HR functions include but not limited to the following :
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
• Assist in performance management process
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in HRIS
• Preparing HR reports to stakeholders and different types of letters related HR processes
• Administrating the work passes for foreign talents
• Work with business function managers on training programs and coordinate with external training institutions and submission of training grants, if any
• Works closely with HR Manager to support and partner management leaders and their respective teams towards business goals
• This position is responsible for working within the HR function and interacts with key stakeholders in other business functions, such as Finance, IT, Safety and other regional HR peers
REQUIREMENTS :
• At least 8-10 years of experience in full spectrum of HR function with manufacturing MNC
• With factory set up experience is a strong advantage
• Possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys interacting with various levels of people and is pro-active
• Ability to prioritize work and is well organized
• Good communication in English
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Knowledge in using the HR Software, E Leave system and Recruitment System
• Experienced in payroll administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Education
Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
