Responsibilities:

Resolution planning PMO and Change Management

· Plan schedules for the Recovery and Resolution planning steering Committee and oversee preparation of meeting material

· Maintain resolution planning workstream monitoring (milestones, owners, presentation) and ensure consistent and complete tracking across all workstreams

· Oversee KPIs communicated to authorities and oversee progression towards respective targets

· Ensure compliance with the Bank’s Change Governance Framework (and KD transformation governance) for resolution planning as federated ‘umbrella’ initiative

· Ensure consistency and appropriate monitoring mechanisms for the RRP relevant RtB and CtB portfolio, and ensure proper workstream closure documentation is in place where relevant

· Manage resolution planning team meetings and support broader stakeholder engagement meetings

· Support Group audit reviews across the resolution planning workstreams

· Support the annual budgeting process

· Maintain and further develop the resolution planning Sharepoint Online presence

Senior management reporting

· Support drafting presentations for senior management on resolution matters including to the Risk Committee of the Supervisory Board, the GRC or the Management Board

· Coordinate and prepare the by-monthly RRP Steering Committee including updates across all workstreams covered under the KD

Support regulatory RRP programme submissions

· Support the annual resolvability assessment submission the work programme updates (both to be endorsed by the Management Board) as well as further programme updates as requested by the authorities

Monitor resolution policy

· Monitor the suite of Group resolution planning policies to ensure timely updates and policy compliance

· Support the review of resolution related regulatory policies

Education and Experience:

· Relevant university degree (Master) or equivalent relevant professional experience necessary

Competencies:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

· Strong analytical and reporting skills: able to produce quality management reports, maintain and process large data sets including analysis with a high attention to detail

· Demonstrable project management skills: confident in handling a large number of tasks, and meeting timely deliveries

· Involvement in technology implementation or complex data projects a plus

· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required, in addition to ability to quickly pick up other programs/tools, including dbGuardian; ; MS Project and SharePoint would be a plus

· Interest in European and German banking regulations

· A strong communicator and facilitator, able to build relationships with stakeholders and liaise effectively at all levels of the business
