Key Responsibilities
The Associate - Accounts Payable (Contractual) role involves:
• Managing bank payments, including AP invoice booking
• Coordinating with multiple teams internally for AP and tax-related activities
• Participating in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in a timely manner
• Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc.
• Employee reimbursement and foreign vendor payment management
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Bachelor's degree mandatory
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure
• Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams
• Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) is an added plus
