Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Civil Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from conception through completion. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, building codes, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design process, including conceptual design, schematic design, and design development.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare and present design proposals and feasibility reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., structural engineers, MEP specialists to integrate engineering systems into architectural designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Oversee construction administration activities, including site visits and contractor coordination.
• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Civil Architect or similar role in architectural design and project management.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Professional licensure (COA) preferred.
