Job Details
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• LL.M in Taxation.
• 4+ years of experience specializing in tax law, ideally at a mid to large-sized law firm or at a top 10 public accounting firm.
• Mergers & Acquisitions experience.
