Full Job Description
Job purpose
As an Associate - business operations, you will process all transactions (volume based) and ensure compliance to quality and timelines. Maintain effective relationships with clients both internal and external.
What will you do?
Clearance of simple, regular & complex exceptions such as Proration, validation, value mismatch, manual capture, loss and gain, dual utilisation etc and other exceptions that are investigative in nature
Meet the daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Ensure input control on receivables from client (downloading & uploading of automated & manual files, reconciliation (Maker)
Maintaining loading & operational reports, trackers & highlighting any abnormalities to the Leads
Quality checks on Ticket vs Accounting, Loss & Gain posting, Batch Level Accounting
Reconciliation of all suspense accounts
Intra AMS QC and sharing with AM/Lead for review
Conduct quality checks as per work allocation and report audit findings (Exception based CQG reports)
Highlight any coding issues for SPAs and Taxes
