Specialist, Client Services
The Client Services, Specialist participates in providing operational services to retirement clients. Working under general supervision, this job is responsible for preparing reports and analysis related to the investment and management of capital on behalf of clients and/or the organization itself.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Analyzes fund performance data and resolves administrative problems.
• Researches analytics data and follows up with other functional departments to answer ad-hoc client queries on a wide variety of investment, operational, compliance and regulatory topics.
• Liaises with fund managers in developing and oversees the implementation of support strategies to service existing clients.
• Prepares and delivers weekly, monthly and quarterly valuation reports to clients.
• Certifies that all individual trades and accounts have been reviewed and verified.
• Works closely with managers and develops solid relationships with clients.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
