About the role:

This role involves overseeing the development of high-quality educational content, facilitating cross-functional collaboration across a team of educators, designers and ops interns, and ensuring execution of day-to-day processes for churning out content for a language learning app that meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of English, extensive experience in content creation, preferably within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to drive the team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enable smooth execution of day-to-day tasks for the design and development of engaging language learning content, tailored to the needs of the US market.
• Collaborate with a team of educators and subject matter experts, ensuring creation of a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum for language learning.
• Optimize planning and execution of content delivery for individual categories.
• Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
• Providing inputs to the language teams to enhance content quality in accordance with the defined metrics.
• Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of experience in managing content creation and management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of managing content ops.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
