Post our beta launch ~12 months ago, the company has grown leaps and bounds: 270+ investments made; portfolio companies include loved brands like Bewakoof, Third Wave Coffee, The Man Company, +stacks, Mamagoto, Eat.Fit, SMOOR Raised $20 mn in August 2021 from GMO (Japan), Alter Global (USA) and others Launched a $30 mn fund in December 2021 Role As a part of the data and risk assessment team, you will be responsible for managing the risk assessment process for investments across Klub's portfolio. This role is a part of the data & risk team and reports to the product lead of risk, out of our office in Bangalore, India. You will get to work closely with a growing portfolio of brands and build an expertise in Klub’s tech-enabled assessment infrastructure for this new age financing model. You'll get one-on-one mentoring and guidance, as well as the opportunity to be a part of a lean, early-stage team. Responsibilities: - Capture and highlight deviations from policy as well as summary of the investment case - Summarise proposals for internal approvals - Maintain turnaround time and identify ways to improve it - Build a data-first assessment process, liaising with our tech/product team to implement and tweak auto analysis rule engines and frameworks Requirements: - 1-4 years of experience as a credit assessment manager for flow-based lending or banking based lending products - Strong understanding of financial statements like balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements; bank statements; credit reports; sales ledgers; etc - Very good understanding of documentation and processes related to lending pre-disbursement - Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounts - Proficient in MS Excel - Bonus: CA graduates Our team We are a +0 member team based out of Bangalore.
