-Nature of Job – Handling the queries of the customers
-Rotational shift and rotational week off
-Qualification: Any degree can apply
-6days working and 1 days Rotational off
-Work from office
-No contract / No bond
-good communication skills
-Age criteria : below 30
-Salary 18000rs per month (16000 Take home)

Key Responsibilities
1. *Responding to Customer Inquiries*: Answering customer questions, concerns, and issues via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
2. *Resolving Customer Issues*: Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, issues, or problems in a timely and professional manner.
3. *Providing Product/Service Information*: Offering detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, and usage.
4. *Documenting Customer Interactions*: Recording customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a CRM system or other database.
5. *Collaborating with Team Members*: Working with other support team members to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.
Skills Required
1. *Excellent Communication*: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
