Associate Director | Banking Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10-12 Years experience in the Operations side of a PublicPrivate Small Financial bank or a Neo Bank
- Deep Domain expertise in retail Liability CASA, TFD, and Debit Card Operations
- Should have an understanding of Card Processing, settlements, UPI, and Other payment mechanisms.
- Very good command on MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Process-oriented, proactive, and results-driven individual
- Should have an understanding of core banking systems like Finnet, Finnacle, etc.
- Should have Built and worked on SOP's, BRD's and Operational Risk matrices for the team
- Deep domain expertise in consumer banking operations and technologies (including analytics and digital products)
- Experienced in leading Large Operational teams
- Experience in working in a fast-paced & timeline type of environment
- Ability to lead multiple partners
- Excellent project & time leadership skills

Educational Background
- Candidate should be a GradPost GradMBACA
- Certifications from NIBM would be an added advantage
Job Profile
- Manage the Banking Product operations
- Liaison with different partner banks, Payment gateways, and other third parties service providers to get the best experience for Groww customer
- Ensure adequate checks and balances are in place
- Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency programs for the Ops team
- Work very closely with the Tech and Product team
- Work closely with the Operations and product teams of third party vendor banks and other service providers
- Manage the entire card operations
- Creation and Maintenance of MIS's for the management
- Work closely with the finance team
- Manage the internal and external Audits
- Ensure a proper Operational risk management process for the entire banking Ops team
