Associate Director| Brand Marketing

We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Brand Marketing leader who excels in developing and executing modern, high-impact content marketing strategies, with a particular focus on organic growth.

Responsibilities :

Innovative Content Strategy : Lead the creation of a fast-paced, results-driven content marketing strategy that focuses on producing relevant, high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences.

Ensure that content is optimized for both rapid production and measurable impact across multiple channels.

Organic Marketing Leadership : Take charge of driving organic marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility and fostering consumer engagement without relying on paid media.

Develop and execute strategies that effectively leverage SEO, social media, partnerships, and other organic channels to increase our reach and community engagement.

Agency Collaboration : Collaborate closely with marketing and creative agencies to plan and execute campaigns that align with our brand’s tone and goals.

Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are strategic, on-brand, and delivered with high quality.

Brand Positioning : Define and continually refine our brand’s positioning within the competitive health and fitness space.

Ensure our message stands out and resonates with consumers, reinforcing our value proposition in a rapidly growing industry.

Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Encourage new ideas and approaches to marketing in order to drive the business forward.

Qualifications :
• 6-8 years of brand marketing experience with a proven track record in the health, fitness, or wellness sectors, particularly in B2C or D2C environments.
• Expertise in developing and executing successful content marketing and organic growth strategies, with a deep understanding of SEO, social media trends, and consumer behavior in the health and fitness space.
• Strong experience collaborating with and managing creative and digital marketing agencies to create impactful campaigns that stay true to brand messaging.
• In-depth understanding of brand positioning and market differentiation, particularly within the competitive and fast-evolving health and fitness industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a cross-functional team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
