What You’ll Do
• Lead with Passion: Manage a team of event professionals, guiding them to achieve our financial goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Strategize for Success: Develop a 3-year plan for revenue and margin growth, ensuring our events are profitable and impactful.
• Budget Guru: Create and manage budgets for event support, optimizing resources and maximizing financial performance.
• Team Builder: Develop and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that aligns with our values.
• Relationship Master: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless event execution.
• Innovation Champion: Drive process improvements and explore new technologies to enhance our events and streamline operations.
• Public Face: Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or event planning within a professional business environment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, inspiring them to achieve their best.
• Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans.
• Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.
• Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Communication Prowess: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others.
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with data analytics, project management tools, and CRM systems.
