CACTUS is seeking a passionate and driven talent acquisition professional to join our Editorial Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where you will hire top editorial, translation, and related talent—both academic and non-academic—from across India and around the globe.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates through diverse channels to ensuring a smooth interview and onboarding experience. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure that every hiring decision reflects our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
• Develop a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Source talent through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and advertisements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by identifying candidates who align with the company’s core competencies and hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates, ensuring timely updates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications And Prerequisites
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, including exposure to bulk/mass hiring.
• A graduate or post-graduate degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills, with a results-oriented approach and a commitment to achieving high-quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail.
